Shipping Locations

We currently ship our products across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery within 7-9 business days.
  • Free for orders above ₹1,000.
  • A flat rate of ₹50 for orders below ₹1,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through our courier partner’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or public holidays. We will notify you promptly if we anticipate any delays.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Address Changes

If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at customer support email/phone number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and if found fault on our side or in transit we will ensure you receive a replacement or a refund as soon as possible. Providing proofs(images and videos) from the customer side is mandatory in the process.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We are working on expanding our services to international locations in the near future.
