Mistology aims to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products once they have been sold or delivered.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse by reputable logistics service providers. Please allow the following timeframes for delivery from the receipt of your order:
Domestic orders: Processed within 1 business day (excluding Public Holidays & Sundays). Delivery within 5-7 business days between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Free Shipping: All domestic orders qualify for free shipping, except free trial orders.
We accept exchanges only in the case of damaged or quality issues with the product, provided it is reported within the specified timeline as outlined below:
Tampered or Damaged Product: Notify our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt with supporting images and videos for prompt assistance.
Quality Complaints: Contact our Customer Care within 7 days of order delivery for quality-related issues.

Mistology reserves the right to cancel orders due to various reasons, including technical errors or stock unavailability. If an order cannot be accepted, Mistology will notify the user and process refunds where applicable.
Cancellation by Mistology: Mistology may cancel orders due to non-availability of products, pricing errors, or other reasons. Refunds will be issued promptly for canceled orders.
Cancellation by User: Mistology may accept or reject cancellation requests at its discretion. If an order has not been processed, Mistology will cancel and refund the amount within a reasonable period.
Bulk Orders: Mistology reserves the right to cancel bulk orders based on specified criteria. Refunds for canceled bulk orders will exclude rewards points or promo codes used.
